Return Policy

This returns policy may be changed by GTD Wear at any time without prior notice. The applicable terms are those in effect at the time the order is placed.

At GTD Wear, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. After this return, you have another 14 days to actually return the product to us.

Returns Policy

A return will only be accepted if the item:

Unworn and unwashed is
Free from traces of use (such as perfume, deodorant or sweat odor)
Contains no stains, damage or other signs of use
Comes with all original attached labels and tags
Returned in original packaging

Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return. In these cases, the right of withdrawal is void, and the return will be refused.

If you still wish to receive the refused item back, shipping costs may be charged.

Non-returnable items (hygiene)

For hygienic reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Awrah Band
Sports headscarf

These items are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned after receipt, unless there is a demonstrable defect or an incorrect delivery.

Return costs

The costs for returning an order are borne by the customer.

GTD Wear will only reimburse return costs if:

There is a production or manufacturing error
An incorrect item has been delivered

In these cases, we request that you contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@gtdwear.com, stating:

Order number
Clear photos of the problem

After assessment, we offer a suitable solution, depending on the situation, in the form of:

Replacement
Repair
Refund

Register return

Return requests can be submitted via info@gtdwear.com, stating:

Name
Order number
Reason for return

After approval, you will receive further instructions for returning your order.

We recommend always using a shipping method with track & trace. The customer remains responsible for the return shipment until it has been properly received by GTD Wear.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will notify you of the approval of the refund.
If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that processing by your bank or credit card company may take additional time.

Legal framework

This returns policy applies to all orders placed through the GTD Wear webshop and is subject to the statutory provisions of Dutch consumer law.
