1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all orders, products, and services offered through the GTD Wear webshop. By using the website and/or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Formation of the Agreement

An agreement is concluded once the order is confirmed by email. GTD Wear reserves the right to refuse orders in the event of ambiguities, suspected fraud, or incorrect information.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT.
Payment takes place during checkout.
Price changes do not apply to orders already confirmed.

4. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery areas: Netherlands & Belgium

• Delivery time: 1-3 working days

• Shipping with track & trace
  Delays caused by carriers are not our liability, unless otherwise stated by law.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to submit a return. Returns must then be shipped within 14 days.

A return will only be accepted if the item:
✔️ is unworn
✔️ is unwashed
✔️ is free from traces of use (such as perfume, deodorant, stains)
✔️ Returns include labels and packaging

❌ NO RETURNS POSSIBLE if the item:

• is worn

• has been washed

• is damaged by use

• contains traces of use

• no longer has any labels/packaging

For products that have been used or washed, the right of withdrawal expires and GTD Wear may refuse the return.

6. Return costs

• ✔️ GTD Wear pays return costs for correct returns / defective / incorrect delivery.

• ❌ Customer pays return costs when the product is used, washed or damaged (if return is even possible).

7. Warranty & Defects

Report within 48 hours of receipt via info@gtdwear.com with photos.
If a product is demonstrably defective, we offer repair, replacement or refund in accordance with legal standards.

8. Liability

GTD Wear is not liable for:

• indirect or consequential damage (such as loss of profit)

• damage due to incorrect or careless use

• delays by carriers

Our liability is limited to the purchase price, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, text, product images, designs, and brand content are the property of GTD Wear and may not be used without written permission.

10. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
